John Marshall - John Marshall is an internationally known textile artist working with the techniques of paste resist dyeing. He creates both art to wear, and large interior hangings. While his work is beautiful and luxurious, it is also designed, dyed and constructed for actual use. John’s garments have a certain magic – they can transform the wearer into a high priestess or a fashion icon – even if she is just on her way to the market!

John is also a talented and dedicated teacher who graciously shares his knowledge with others. See his website for a gallery of his work, information on paste resist dyeing, and descriptions of his classes, lectures, and travel schedule.

In addition to exhibiting Rob’s oil paintings and giclee prints that explore the sacred nature of our existence, the gallery shows the works of established artists working in painting, drawing, printmaking and sculpture, with a special emphasis on realism, magic realism, surrealism, and art of a spiritual and Earth loving nature.

The Rob Schouten Gallery is the exclusive gallery outlet for my work.
